ive looked everywhere for 150 gr.field tips any suggestions

Are you asking about screw in field points?  We have 145 grain 5/16" screw in points, as well as the 5 grain weight washers.  Just add a washer behind the point.

If you're talking glue on's, use a 145 and tap a small fishing weight into the nose before mounting.

Here's a link for your convenience.  The points are near the top, the weight washers are farther down with the carbon arrow adapters.
