someone looking at this might know...

What is ye sylvan archer? I've found many of those titles for free and read them already but not that one. I've never seen ye sylvan archer anywhere.

What is in it? I know it was the big archery magazine in the 30's but what is it about? Are they hunting stories? Where are they from and what game animals? I didn't think too many places had deer seasons back then.

Or was it mostly field archery and target butt shooting based information? English rounds. That kind of stuff? Someone help me out. Thanks.

It was all archery and you should read them if you get a chance.  You will learn that there is much more to the sport than hunting. You will learn that famous authors/writers/actors loved the longbow.  You will read first hand information from our pioneers.  You will also read some hunting as well.  I've read them all through the Legends of The Longbow series and consider them a must read.

Swamp.  I think the term Sylvan refered to the fields, and so   field archery is what they did.

Sylvan means of the woods--as in Pennsylvania= Penn's woods.

Good luck selling that one...I offered my set up (exactly the same) set #34 I think it is...and offered it at half that price...and no one would buy it.

I have a set with no number on the line where one would be inside on any of the books, only Glenn's signatures on each of I beleive the seven books. Was that a mistake on hos part? Is it worth less or more then a number one?
