Which vintage bow mfg used angled tip overlays

Sorry the photo isn't more clear. My tired old memory isn't recalling. The bow isn't marked, but I'm thinking Sabo or Tice and Watts. Anyone remember who used those darned angled overlays? It's 1968 or newer since it has the AMO printed on the riser. 60" bow, kind of dog-legged lower riser.

Sergio has a Tice and Watts in the classifieds George so he might be able to tell you about them. Looks a little like an old Groves.

Hi George; doesn't look like any of the Tices I own.I'd almost say it looks like a Root Bow . I have a friend that builds Bows up hear in Northern ontario and put beautiful angled overlays on his bows. sorry i couldn't be of more help.

Mike, that is possible. I also thought that Browning or Sabo used them, but I just can't be sure. I'll get the bow tomorrow or Saturday and can look it over better. I know it isn't Shakespeare, I've seen all of their catalogs since their beginning and this bow is actually a very late 60's or early to mid 70's bow. Once I get the bow in my hands I'll give it a good look over.

Lyle Shannon made Sabo and I don't remember the angled overlays on the bow He made for my wife. It was a takedown like the Browning backpacker.

I have a SABO but it doesn't have any tip overlays.
MNBWHTR do you know how to contact SABO as I would like to know more about the bow I have?

Thanks guys....some information there that this old goat didn't know. The bow is not in hand yet but now I'm getting antsy. I'll post good photos whenever it gets here.
