Nice web site. Those Black Creek Longbows are nice looking bows. some say it is a shame to cover up that beautiful wood with anything but the camo dipped one sure is purdy.

John,

What do the Vapor 3000 weigh gr/inch?  Do they take the 100 grain brass inserts from 3R/Muzzy?

Thanks,
Norb

With nock and inseert these 3000s weigh:
Whitetail 10.3 gr/inch
Camo 10.2 gr/inch
Carbonwoods, do not have the weight in front of me but it is about the same as the others.

Ref blemishes: cosmetic blemishes in the finish only. We have sold over 2500 dz of these this year, no complaints.

They do accept the brass inserts. They are.246 dia.

REf camo dipped finish. Some people love it, some don't. But sometimes when making a bow you end up with cloudy glass, it happens to every bowmaker, it is a glass issue, cosmetic only. The camo dipping can help that situation. Black Widow use to paint their imperfections black, now bowyers use the camo dip.
Also, of the to bows in the picture, the camo dipped bow was first to sell!
