Time off!  My boss decided to shut down from Christmas Eve to the day after new years! I'm on doe patrol 'cause I am out of buck tags, but looks like I'll be spending alot of quality time in a tree over the next week.  YES!!!

Lucky dog!  I have to spend time with the in-laws!  Shoot a couple for the less fortunate ones of us out here.

I'm grateful to have taken four Illinois deer with my recurve this season, but still have BOTH my buck tags.  Congratulations on the year you've put together, and good luck in putting the "finishing touch" on it!

That's great Jon....I was planning the same thing over the holidays after this crazy job ended and finally getting some time off. But the landowners are having a bunch of company coming and going for the next week.That only leaves a day or two before the season ends. We'll see....I still have a buck tag, an either sex tag, and a doe tag.....
