Well it's not strictly traditional equipment but ever since I had Hope for a hunt I was impressed with the nifty pocket digital camera that came with her and how handy it was to have on a hunt so I asked my wife to scan the auction site for an old used one for hunting.  She ended up getting me a Black Friday door buster for less than the one's on the a-site.  Very handy for documenting my hunts and trophies and not so heavy in the pack.  The rest of the trad related stuff on my list got ignored.  For some reason my family doesn't think it's fun to shop for that stuff.

I got three stone hunting points and some square arrow blanks to run through my John Strunk arrow plane. Been wanting them for some time but just never got any. Great wife I have.

cant remember if i posted already, but i got some wool socks, a thermal shirt, and a garmin extrex vista hcx gps.  i was informed by a fellow tradganger that there was some great public land very near to me, and while i was researching that land, i found another tract of state land even closer.  a total of about 6,000 acres or land.  i asked for a gps so i dont get lost on all this land...i am extremely happy with the gps.  it is a color screen, and can pick up signals extremely well.
