Friend is correct , the tapered design by nature is heavier in the front due to mass, just like a wood tapered arrow is heavier in the front.
Badger is correct that the Hammerhead is built with EFOC in mind by building the front mass up more as well as the tapered design.
I like Roadkill have done the same thing with wood by drilling out and adding brass or even a nail in the front of wood arrows to enhance this concept of FOC, footing with hardwood does the same.
