stalker gamemaster?

I recently picked up a takedown longbow and was wanting to get some information about it. It is a stalker gamemaster made by a Vic H........ something. Its hard to make out the signature. Any information would be appreciated. I paid 75.00 for it. Thanks.

It has clear glass and reinforced limb tips. The design is reflex/deflex.
