Does anybody know if Rancho Safari is still in business I have been trying to contact them about buying a Catquiver someone said there place burned in California wildfires?

Im not sure about their business, but there are a few in the classifieds right now.

I don't think they are because 3 rivers, Bass Pro and Cabelas all stopped selling their quivers some time ago, roughly about a year I think. Probably the only way you'll find one is an auction site or in the classifieds here.

You can still get them through FS Discount Archery I got a Cat quiver 2 there.
