Squirrel with yew
« on: January 25, 2009, 06:38:00 PM »
I have been having a running argument with a skwerl about chewing on the porch posts of my log home. Have tried my osage self bow a couple times and missed by a hair. Took down my yew long bow today and did not miss. Flu flu with hex head flew true to end the argument. Squirrel pot pie with tiny onions and green peas on the menu tomorrow.

Man, that is awesome! Ah, I missed one this morning when me and my buddy actually went squirrel hunting with our recurves. But, I went 3 for 5 on my flying disc target though! I was so excited, I forgot all about the miss on the gray squirrel.

Yeah nice Shaun!  I just got me a Yew long bow and can't wait to get into some squirrel arguments.      :bigsmyl:
