Shrews - Close up pics of your rests

Just want to see how you have set yours up.

My Shrew came with a continuos plate and shelf. I always have set mine up with a gap and used leather for the rest part (leaving a space). Always have done it that way and not sure if the feather actually traveled through the gap anyway.

Calf hair plate and a seal fur rest.  Butted to each other.... Sorry, no picture...

Mine is the "factory" setup.

Seal skin two pieces almost butted together maybe a 16th of an inch or less each way.

Hey Tater, that bow and seal skin look familiar.  Mine are the factory set-up and no problems here.

All mine are factory as well.  Never had any problems with them.
