nock orientation on 4-fletch arrows

How do you orient your nocks on your arrows?
I'm shooting 4@90 4"rw feathers w/helical.
Do you line up the nock with one of the feathers or line it up between two of the feathers?
By "lining up the nock" i am refering to where the index bump or index line on the side of the nock is, in relation to the the back of the feather.
thanks,
sammy

Between the fletchings. It looks like an "X" on the string.

I found with my longbow, I get better flight with them fletched a 4- 90 degrees. I orient my nocks as described above, so the inside lower feather rides in the corner of the riser/shelf. The lower outer feather will run along the edge of the shelf. Feathers flatten right out when thet contact the bow on release, so the really do not hurt anything.
I tried the 75 x 105, but don't think they look as good.

Try fletching 60x120. Gives me great arrow flight.

Another vote for 4 on 90 degrees. I orientate as described above and get great arrow flight.

It will be different with each shooter. You have to see what works for you. Everyone doesn't have the same draw or release characteristics, even with the same bow and arrow setup.

Mine is setup like an "X" if the shelf is parallel to the ground. I shoot 4x 90deg.
