does anyone know where i can buy some pre cut pope and young or "traditional" cut fletchings?

What colors you looking for ? I have some full length orange and some white that I could chop up on my traditional feather chopper . I believe it is also called a Pope and Young chopper , It is for left wing , If you have any full length feathers you could send them to me for chopping . Fred

are the choppers expensive?, would it be cheaper to get a chopper and buy full length feathers if I am making a lot arrows?, thanks for the offer, but I need a lot of feathers!, making a few doz for small game and deer hunting for my first trad hunting season, then making a few doz for my cousin who I got started in Trad archery!

You're done for now , it all srarts out innocent enough , pretty soon you will be making self-bows and grinding your own turkey fearthers and hopefully helping others , gotta love it , Fred
