Bohning red fletching jig

Hi,
I'm getting real frustrated here.
I'm trying to change my red plastic Bohning jig to suit 4 fletch but can't get it to work.
When I put both the little rings in and screw it back up it just spins freely.
I chucked the packet out with the instructions.
Can anyone help????

I think you replace one ring with the other mate, I threw my packet out too but thats what I vaguely recall.

Yeah there is a certain way of doing it. I got it to work now, but I don't know how.
