who do i e-mail?

wondering if anyone knows who i can send a pic to for my avatar to get approved, i tried to go through the "contact us" feature at the bottom of the page, but for some reason my computer isn't letting me, I tried e-mailing terry green, but haven't heard back, don't know if he even got it. any help would be great, thanks
