Question for Shrew Shooters
« on: February 22, 2009, 12:32:00 PM »
Proving that I can resist anything but temptation, I bought a Shrew 56" Classic Hunter, 51@28, and I pull 28 to 28.5.  Ron's letter suggests using a stiffer than "normal" spine with that bow.  I usually shoot Carbon Express 150s with bows ranging from 35 to 45.  I'm still trying to figure out the right point weight, but it's looking like 200 is about right. What do those of you who use Ron's bows of similar weight recommend.  Any advice of arrow, arrow lenght and point weight for that bow would be appreciated.  Thanks.

DR,
I am waiting for the same bow. 56" CH, 51@28, same draw length. Hope somebody answers your question. I have some CE250's on hand and hope they can be tuned to shoot.
Good luck, Gary
