Bows with large sight windows
«
on:

I find I shoot a lot better with a large sight window. This is probabley because my first bow was more of a target bow.
I am putting money together now to order a bow with a large sight window. I am thinking of either a Soverign Ballistic or a Chastian Wapati TD. If you have any actual experience with these or know of another type of bow with a large sight window I would appreciate any input.
Thanks

Bob Lee has a large site window and you can also get the 4" longer riser for a really large site window.Kip

I just picked up a long Bob lee riser..not sure of the total length but like Kip said, it is 4" longer than the standard riser. I think its 23" but not sure.
Haven't had a chance to shoot it much but I like it so far.

The Chek-Mate Sabre td has a huge sight window. It was developed as a target bow, but I know folks that use it (successfully) as a hunting bow.

I too like a long sight window even if I do cant my bow some.I lean toward the metal risered recurves for that reason and the smaller grips.
