Special Bow from a TG buddy
« on: March 05, 2009, 02:20:00 AM »
Just want to show you Guys and Gals a Really Beautiful Bow my Friend Curt Yeager aka "Bows n errors" made for me and brought up as a gift on our elk Hunt last fall. She's 60" and pulls 57#@28.  This is Curt's 8-9th bow and as you can see he has it down "Right".  This one fits like a glove and with a 460grn. GT I got 185fps. with fingers.  He used bamboo and carbon along with beautiful veneers in the limbs and the riser woods are awesome.    :wavey:

That thing is just flat out gorgeous!!! I envy guys that have that kind of talent!
To me, the ultimate challenge in bowhunting is not how far away you can succesfully make a killing shot but rather how close you can get to the animal before shooting.
