Swaged Nock Help
«
on:
March 06, 2009, 09:05:00 PM »
I've dinked around with this enough I need some help.
A friend of mine gave me a couple dozen swaged 2413's and just a few 2312 Easton aluminums and I can't find what size nocks to use to save my life.
Any help will be appreciated, thanks.

11/32 glue on nocks will work just fine. They'll be a little smaller than the shaft but that won't hurt a thing.

Really? I went to an archery shop and the guy said each different size needs a different sized nock, but I never could find sizes online.
I'll give it a shot. I have 11/32's for my woodies.

Your 2413's are 3/8" diameter. The 2312's are 23/64" diameter. The exact sized nocks would be 3/8" and 23/64". The 11/32 would be an exact fit for a 22XX arrow. That being said, the 11/32 will work just fine on both.

I use the 11/32s on all my aluminum arrows, 20xx,21xx,22xx sizes, all work great with no problems....and I use the 5/16s on 1916s...the taper is all the same so they all work fine.
