I'm shooting 60-65 Sitka Spruce cut to 29.5 BOP with 160 grain points. Bow is 49@28 drawing to 29" with a 10 strand D97(loops padded to 18 strands)string. I haven't had it too long, arrows aren't quite right, I'm wearing out the outside of the shelf and the flight isn't perfect all the time. Originally thought these arrows were too stiff, and played around some with lighter spines but still not right. According to the Spine Calculator they are a little weak if the bow is cut to center. I tried a couple tapered Chundoo 60-65 cut to 29"BOP with 125 grain points and seem to be real close, just not long enough for broadheads.
