Danny that's the best looking zipper I've seen. They are about a two hours drive from here. I'm going up there one of these days.

Here are some pics of the Dye Medicine Point, 58",59#@27"(about 64# at my draw),ebony riser with bacote stripe and red and yellow points, checkered grip, stained medicine wood limbs.Great bow and pics cannot do it justice. Still have a little bit of tuning to do to get it as quiet as I want.

Danny,

Again I am really happy you are pleased with the bow.  Alway a little nervous selling bows.

It looks great in your standard picture format.  I am sure she will be well taken care of.  Now let's see some bloody photos with her in it.

Enjoy,

James

Ciao Feliciano, come sta? The A riser is not here yet, do have a C riser that I will shoot in a day or two. Probably gonna sell it though. It came with a set of #3 limbs that will make a 60" bow on my A riser and will be 65#@28" on it. They are the correct style limbs for the A riser.Gold lettering and all.

Chris, LOL, I hate to say never when it comes to bows, there are 5 on the rack that I can say that about, my Quest,Taiga,Blacktail,Zipper, and Sunbear, I believe this one will be added to the list,LOL.

Keep those #3 limbs, sell the C target riser since you don't want to collect Bear TD. What kind of difference do you feel on your Zipper between the recurve and the lomgbow limbs? Your Spaghetti are ready with Parmigiano as we prefere them in N. Italy.

Yeah, you better do some more tuning on the Dye...the arrows aren't touching yet!  ;)   Those are some beauties. Love the wood! That Zipper looks like a shooter...oh no, see what you've done! How easily my mind drafts to thinking of specs and ordering another bow! Oh no...I hear my wife walking down the hall...have to go!    :biglaugh:

Hey Danny,I just found this thread today. If that is the kind of groups you usualy shoot,I will have to send you my bow for training!  :notworthy:   Im glad you like her, there is alot of satisfaction in seeing a person so pleased with one of our bows.It makes my day every time!!So far the SXT has been a real pleaser wether it is dressed as a recurve or longbow.

Danny,

That is the best looking Dye Medicine Point I've ever seen.  In fact, I'm not too sure but what it's not the best looking bow I've ever seen.  Had I seen pictures of it I would have been tempted to have bought, even though I can't draw it!  Thanks for buying it BEFORE I saw it and posting pics so I could see it!  :)

Bill, I shoot fairly well,LOL.But this bow makes me shoot better, just like my Quest. There are just some bows that fit the shooter better. Trust me I have tried a bunch of longbows since switching to shooting recurves and this is the only one that I can shoot and need no adjustment in the way I do my shot, and I am as consistant with it as I am with my recurves, same arrows as my Quest. Other longbows, I can shoot them one day and the next I am all over the place, not so with this one, I am always on with it from the first shot of the day until the last, my other bows are getting very jealous cause they are not getting shot.Like I told you,LOL, if you would of had this bow several years ago and if I would have shot it then, I could of saved a ton of money,LOL. If I had to sell all my bows, this one would stay right here along with my Quest. Thank you sir for building this fine bow for me.

The other Bill,LOL, yep it is the prettiest Dye I have ever owned or seen. But then all my bows are pretty,LOL.At least in my eyes.
