I have a similar assortment of stuff for repairs.  I carry mine in an old soft sided shaving kit bag.  Packs easier than a box - just toss it in my duffel for trips.

I have an old Plano tackle box with two lift up trays I've used since the 60s for my archery tools and tackle.  Works great.

I carry an extra string, already set-up and shot in. That's it.

All my trad gear fits into my compound box,so basically I have an all in one box.

Taper tool and hot melt glue are the main differences.

I have a pouch on my back quiver, in it is an extra string, wax, hot melt, lighter, knocks and tips. Works for me.
