weight of a POC shaft.

how much would a POC full length shaft weigh? one that would spine allright out of my 54#@28" bob lee recurve. looking at hafting a stone point on it. between 150-200gr point
Thick fog slowly lifts

Border black douglas recurve 70# and 58# HEX6 BB2 limbs

You can have raw 32" shafts that range from 300 to 500 grains.  Pretty big span to pick from.

Like said they can vary alot.Most of my POC in the 55-65# spine range have finished out between 525-575 grs. with a 125 gr. point.I had a heavy set of 70-74# POC that finished out like 680-700 grs.

I have well over 500 poc's in my stash.....ranging from 65-80#. Ave 32" shaft is 435 gns.
