need on line shooting lesson for new kid.

I am looking for an on line shooting tutorial for a young lad to look at and learn the basics of stance and anchor etc.
 His  COACH  told him to use a compound because he is hitting his arm.!!!!!!
 This will not do. He is a long way from me so if there is a good source that will have photos, or diagrams a boy and his mom that doesn't shoot can understand we need to find it for him.

I think if he were to make it down to the library he could log on to here and probably see all he can see with all the vids and pics.
