I buy arrows only as an impulse purchase, but it happens every year, sometimes a couple three dozens worth. Brandywine Arrows always has an eye-opening display at Baltimore and ATAR. Seeing all those beautiful arrows makes something inside of me snap, and out comes the checkbook or the all-too-convenient plastic.

Ross and Honey Vickers are wonderful people, fun to talk to and eager to help.

The arrow on the right was a special order for my husband, Mockingbird. He wanted an unloseable arrow...

Oh, and the arrows work, too!

Long, long afterward, in an oak I found the arrow, still unbroke;
And the song, from beginning to end, I found again in the heart of a friend.

I'll try and get some pics later. A friend of mine makes arrows, his buisness name is Jim Bobs' Bow Bullets. He makes a dang fine arrow.

I like making my own when time allows. Here are some pics of some I've made. There are 3 carbons and one aluminum in the bunch pictured here. The rest are cedar.

And Some More Cedar Shafts.

I made a dozen of these as well.

These are some that Brandywine made up for my son.  Very well-made, classy arrows.

Here are more from Brandywine.  The two on the right are sets they made for me.  The one on the far right is old growth Sitka, barrel tapered.  Dead straight and tough.  The three on the left are "spares" as Ross calls them -- he always has a couple to give my son.  Wonderful people and excellent craftsmen.

Man, that's some fine artwork there !
 I like going to shows that have a bunch of stuff your intrested in. I do not in the least, mind paying someone for their wares. It's a lot of work to produce the art these people are selling. I do like making my own, but ya just gotta buy something that somebody else made, every now and then. My camera is kinda screwy cheap, (not good close ups), or I'd post a few pics of my own funky arrows, not art like most I've seen here, but cool non the less.
 Real nice look'n arrows everyone , let's see some more !
