Raffle for St Judes??

Not sure if this is permitted or how to even make it work [collect the money for the chance] ?
However, I have come up with the thought of offering up a nice custom bow from my collection to raffle off, with all of the proceeds to St. Judes.  My thought being that it might raise more as a "raffle" than as a auction item. If anyone has an idea on if this would or could work and is involved with the people behind St Judes? Please have them contact me and see if my idea has any Merit. I would be happy to send them the bow,
