Hello Hogdancer, Dale is now making 62" limbs for the short riser. My favorite bow is a short riser 62". I also have a long riser 64" that I like alot.

my new Dye made it here today, could not be happier, 60 inches and 54@28 also included a picture of her with her sisters. Headed to Colorado on Sunday maybe the new bow will spill a little blood !

I have owned and shot both the long and short riser. Liked both, but I just got a 62" onepiece and it is by far the best shooting of the Dyes I have owned, this one is a keeper for sure.

the onepice is a great bow, I have one that is snakewood with medicine points, the only one made, and it is a sweet shooting bow, I just seem to travel so much that it does'nt get used as much.
Thanks Kevin, I am sure it will be a successful trip.

Beautiful Bows guys. I have been looking at the Medicine Points and I am ordering one now. I did just pick up my first Dale Dye at the Nebraksa State Traditional shoot in Freemont NE last week end. It is a gorgous Trails End that Dale made for Tony Huckaby in 1998. I am really enjoying it and cant wait for my new Medicine Point.

Thomas, I get a short riser with medicine points, but not shoot yet,I get too many bows;but I think a short riser with a heavy mass exotic wood is as stable as any longer twinn.I really like your last born more than the others,Felix

One of my biggest archery mistakes was selling my LH Dale Dye. Of course the guy I sold it to loves it so I will never get it back. I guess I will have to order another before Dale calls it quits.
