Dorado with ILF limbs Help
« on: April 07, 2009, 08:46:00 PM »
Hello,
I recently got a Dorado and picked up a set of ILF limbs I'll be using for hunting. I ended up getting "Long" ILF limbs which will make the bow  64". My questions is does that mean it will take a standard 64" amo string or will it be slightly different? Also can anybody that has tried this type of setup shed some light on what you set your brace height to?

Thanks,
Tim

You'll need a 61" actual length recurve string. Start the brace at 8" and experiment from there.

Thanks Vermonster13, Do you use long limbs on a Dorado? What model of ILF limbs did you try?
