Cody,

I bought a 50# Gamemaster so anybody I know that wants to try making the switch from compound to stickbow has a good test platform.  You are used to those longbow grips.  A compound guy is going to be REAL comfortable with the Gamemaster grip.  They are a GREAT bow for the price.

You can also change the grips on them and ugrade the limbs if you desire. Lot of bang for the buck in those bows and they are a great gateway bow as Steve said.

Take the wood grip off and shoot off the riser. Very comfortable for someone used to a low longbow grip.

I have one. I've got it set up with an elevated rest and vanes on my arrows for when its really wet. Great shooter.

I shoot mine off the shelf and it is fantastic. I have a habu and a marriah that never saw the woods last year, because the GM is more consistently accurate in my hands.

I love mine and yes it is very fast 74 @ 31.

It does get very cold shooting in the winter and I needed to experiment to get it quiet.
