snakeskin?

i just killed a copperhead in my neighbors yrd. i skinned it and stretched out the hide on a board with push pins. is there anything else im supposed to do to this skin as prep or do i let it air dry as is?

Let it dry and scarpe the fat off. trim off belly edges when you take it off the board.
