Snake skin for bow (pic)

Do you think this is enough for a longbow.

We have rattlers here------I guess I don't need to go somewhere that the dang rattlers can eat me! WOW! What a nice snake.....I wonder where his kin be?

It does look big, probably because he is standing about 4-6 feet behind it.

Yup... put an earthworm on a long enough stick and hold it up to the camera and it will look big.  I sur it IS a good sized rattler... just not THAT big.

Of course my Science teacher mother would say the serve a purpose keeping vermin in check.
