Shafted by Big Jim
« on: May 21, 2009, 09:56:00 PM »
I ordered some shafts from Big Jim's bow's. Even tho he was busy with many other things going on, he spent lots of patient time with me on the phone, explaining things and taking my order. The shafts got here very quickly and he even threw in an extra of a different brand for me to try. On top of all that he has the best prices ever!

Great sevice and a great guy, I would recomend Big Jim's for your shafting (and arrow?) needs. Maybe some day I'll get to try one of his bows too.

Met Big Jim at the Hickory N.C.Rez. last weekend. Bought a side quiver ,shot one of his longbows. Was so impressed with how he does business , bought one of his logo shirts. Bought a dozen CE Heritage 150  shafts 2 weeks ago , could have saved 12.00 and shipping had I waited and bought from him. The longbow was fast , almost no handshock , looked great , and the prices were very low. I like 3 piece take down longbows with a heavy riser , otherwise one would have come home with me. You should see the woods in the risers and limbs on those longbows. Flint.
Maybe it is time to shoot what I have on the rack

He was set up as vendor at NCTAC and Big isn't just a nick name...  Didn't shoot any of his bows but he had some really nice looking bows there.
