Jerry Gonzolez of Pedernal Bowhunts, a Trad Gang sponsor, was just on the Food Channnel. He was cooking up a mess of Javelina!! It was a -"Hey, I know that guy" moment!

Miss posted. It was the Travel Channel. The show was "Bizarre Foods with Andrew Zimmern"
I don't think Javelina is all that bizarre, but then some might.

Yeah that was a great show, it is one of my quilty pleasures that I like to watch some times, what was even more refreshing is they showed Andrew actually shooting the Javelina on the show as well, pretty neat show, could do without the cows head though!!! Mark
