Spine help with Shrew
«

I shoot a 68# @ 28" super shrew using 29.75 vapor wood 3000 with 100 grain brass insers and 125 grain points does this sound like the correct spine. My arrows seem to group left of center. Also do you think the same arrow would work out of a 54# @ 27" PSR. I draw 27". Thanks

have you tried shooting some bare shafts?
to see where they group in relation to the fletched arrows

if the bare shafts and fletched arrows are grouping together at 20 yards try moving back a bit further if they are still shooting together than your sweet!
if the bare shaft is hitting up or down its your nocking point.
if the bare shaft is hitting right or left its the spine.
if you can hold a decent group at 20 yards it will be pretty noticeable if something is wrong
i generally shoot 3 fletched and 3 bareshaft in no particular order into the group.

ok I get an occasional flyer low with the bare shaft if i do not get a clean relase could this be from a bad shot that is corrected by fletching or do i need to lower my nocking point?

if it is just and occasional one i would not worry about it, only if your getting a group down there
iv got another shrew on order and was thinking of going with something a bit heavier
how you finding it at that weight? and what length bow is it?
