3D shoot this weekend in north GA
« on: June 02, 2009, 09:43:00 PM »
To get the word out on the general forum as well we have the North Georgia Traditional monthly club shoot this weekend.  This is a fun shoot $5 for members $10 for non members $20 for lifetime membership..  No trophies just fun.  Her's an echo of Donnie's post from the TBG forum.

Hey Y'all!

Don't forget about the NGT Shoot next weekend - Saturday 06 JUN 09 and Sunday, 07 JUN 09. This is the Annual David Baird Memorial Shoot hosted by Tommy Roberts, Jerry Roberts, and Tom Burell.

If you can make it, there is a "Coon Shoot" Saturday night @ "dark thirty". There will be hot dogs and hamburgers for dinner so show up a little early if you want to eat. Bring an arrow to launch en masse toward the east at sunset to honor the memory of Mr. David Baird.

Regular Club Shoot on Sunday @ 0900 - 1400. 20+ targets for certain - maybe more, who knows?

DIRECTIONS TO NGT:

ADDRESS: 2295 Leeland Rd Gainesville, GA 30507

Take I985 (N or S) to Gainesville, Exit 20 - CANDLER Rd. TURN RIGHT (off either exit). Follow Candler Rd EAST past the Hall County Landfill on the Left and Versa Cold (formerly Atlas Cold Storage) on the Right. Keep going a little further till you get to LEELAND RD on the Right. You will see our big NGT sign. Turn Right and follow LEELAND Rd till it forks under the cell tower. We are there on the left.

If you get lost, call me: 678.316.8212

Here is the host schedule for the remaining shoots this season:

Tommy Roberts - June 6 and 7

July 12th and August 2nd are STILL open for
volunteers. Can I PLEASE get some volunteers to host or help host the July and August Shoots? Thanks!

August 2nd is also the day of our Annual Business Meeting and Election of Officers. Don't forget!

Thanks,

Donnie
