Compton hotels
« on: June 17, 2009, 11:02:00 AM »
I was wondering if there are any places to stay near the shoot. I am coming off minor knee surgery and don't think tenting would be a good idea for this year. I thought I had read about a hotel that was offering discounts for the shoot but I can not remember where I saw it. I must be getting old. Thanks  Bob

Bob, that's where my wife and I are staying also. At that price, and being so close to the event, I am kinda surprised that there are still rooms available. See ya there.......

Stayed at that Red Roof several years ago.  It was real SPOOKY at night.  To many fights in the parking lot at night for me.  Spent the next couple times at the Super 8 up at the next exit past the Red Roof.  Not as bad but got a few stories for there too.  Only two that I've stayed at up there. dino
