You will find two top-notch refinishers in the History and Collectors' forum. They are Droptine and Bowdoc.
I think both of them have breathed a few too many fumes, but they do great work.
Droptine has an ad running in the Sponsors' classifieds, but Bowdoc isn't hard to find either.

I have personal experience with both droptine59 and the real bowdoc and can't speak highly enough about both of them. Can't go wrong with either. PM them and go from there.

Well bowdoc is a bit out of action for the next couple of weeks as he's huntin' & cookin' at Bear Quest right now...but he does some mighty fine work...Doc

Try it yourself.Here's a '61 Kodiak Special I finished the other day.A couple hours,couple bucks for sandpaper and some minwax poly wipe on.It don't compare to Bowdocs or Droptines work,but I don't think it come out too bad,for the first one.If it don't come out to your likeings you can still send it out for a professional job.
