making bow for little bro help

ok i want to make a bow for my brother he will be 2 soon and trys to shoot my dads bow.how is the best way of doing this

I made a small flatbow for my grandson a few years ago out of a pc of oak hardwood flooring.
You might post this on the bowyers forum. I bet you get plenty of help. DB
