Does draw length change?

Moving from compound to recurve or vice versa, does one's draw length change? If YES, how and how much?
Moving from July shirt sleeves to November parka or vice versa, does one's draw length change? If YES, how and how much?

That all depends on the person doing the drawing. Folks can lose up to two inches at first and gain it back as they get stronger. Some even draw longer after shooting for a while because they nolonger use a release or string loop. There is no cut and dry answer.

Draw length may change a lot if you have been using a release with the compound and go to fingers with the recurve. It can change even if you have been using fingers with the compound, because you will be holding the full weight of the recurve and were holding only 15# or so with the compound.
Best way to find out is to check your draw length with the recurve. It's helpful to have someone else mark an arrow that you have at full draw.

It absolutely changes. How much depends on the bow grip and the individual.
Matter of fact, going from one recurve to another will show you a draw length change, unless the risers are virtually identical.
