July the 18 is the results date. Its got to be a killer waiting for such a date. The price is the other killer, but I guess if they can get it they will, good luck on drawing a tag. Chad

Last summer they posted them on the Iowa DNR Website on July 17th.

I hunted up there about 15 years ago, when you could still get a license easily. I saw more and bigger bucks than anywhere else I've hunted, along the Des Moines river on Corps land. I've kicked myself repeatedly form not going back when it was easy.

It should get easier with the price increase. I have been hearing up to $850 for a DEER tag! If it still take 3 years do get drawn they now charge $50 for a preferance point so you will be looking at $950 to hunt deer there! I bought a point this year for $10, my buddy bought one 2 weeks later for the $50.
