Two weeks ago, I went away to the hunting camp. I was checking out some oaks to see which were producing acorns and I found a matching set of 9 point sheds. I took a picture of them with my cell phone and it started vibrating. My wife was calling and told me she just picked up my new bow at the post office. I sat there thinking how cool it would be if I kill that buck with the KajikaStik this coming season. I'll have fun trying anyways.
The bow is a 56" recurve 51# @ 28", crossgrain gray actionwood riser and limbs with bamboo cores. This bow impressed me on the first shot. It's easy to shoot for being a short bow. It's faster than my D/H Mamba but very stable and free of hand shock. It's very quiet and lives up to the Whisperstik name. I don't notice any difference in noise between shooting 9 and 11.5 grains per lb carbons. I'm really happy with the KajikaStik and just might sell two of my other bows. That will leave me with just this and my Fedora longbow.
Sorry about the picture. I didn't take it until it was almost dark because I was busy shooting the bow for the first time! I definitely could have arranged the antlers and bow better.
