Not bowhunting related, but thought some folks might enjoy the pics.
I've been wanting to shoot some mountain goats with my camera, so a friend invited me to go along to a spot he knows about where a decent goat population lives. So Friday we hooked up for the hike. A USFS trail took us up into the crags where they live, but 2/3's of the way we were walking on snow drifts.
We'd come across the snow field on the right to get to the ridge to glass.

Had hoped to spot some goats on this ridge and further to the right, then hike around to their side for pics. We saw one lone goat on the end, but he was inaccessible for pics.

Ryan spotted a single goat on this peak across the canyon...
Ryan spotted a nanny and kid bedded on this rock outcropping, but they were too far for pics and too far to get to that day.
I cropped a pic and you see 2 little white specks, those are the goats.
