Taken a deer or any other game animal with a bone point? If so how did the point hold up. Any specific dimensions of the point?

Its not the size of the animal you hunt that matters. Its how you hunt the animal.

shot a turkey with a bone point, homemade, just wanted to see what i could do. they surprisingly get very sharp. and it didnt hold up to well, the tip broke off, but they are really easy to make, i went for 175 gr, so no dimensions really, just sharpened and removes surface area until it weighed 175gr, hope i could help you!
