Dog Name's
« on: July 24, 2009, 11:02:00 PM »
Awhile back somebody was going to name their dog with an archery related name and asked everybody for there opinions on what to name the dog. I can't find this topic and I was wondering if somebody else had a link to this topic.
Thanks,
Garrett Feik

It may have been my post...

We decided on "Appolo's Golden Fletch" (Fletch for short).

Then we ran in to some medical issues and financial troubles and didn't get the dog.  He is happily living with my father in law but his name is "Jack" named after a family member who's time on this earth is nearly up.

Zanderpommo,   cool names, it's a shame you have to explain who Col. Cooper was, a great man.  My dog knew Col. cooper, before she was "my" dog she belonged to Clint Smith.

My first Weimeraner was a male named Shonka. I have had three more since then and they have all been named Shonka. Shunka is Sioux Indian for Dog. I was told wrong pernounceation on my first male, but he was such a great loyal friend I never wanted to change to Shunka.
