Carbon tune problems

I have been shooting Easton axis 500 at 29" with 260gr up front out of my Hoyt Dorado 45@28 off of a elevated rest with no problems bare shaft groups with broadheads and field points. Now I just got my Bob Lee back it is 46@28 and these same arrow will not tune,I Started nocking point 1/8 high and I have moved it all over the string trying to eliminate the tail high    I am thing that I might have to build my arrow plate out or try some 400 Axis, I could cut and inch off my Shafts.

I wouldn't worry about tail-high as long as your bareshafts group with your fletched arrows. This is according to O.L. Adcock's website on bow tuning. I find it to be the best info on the subject.

I aint nobody but do you have the option of sticking a heavier field tip in the arrow to see if it gets better, or reducing size.  You prolly already know but if you cut that arrow off I would do no more than a 1/4 inch at a time cuzz it makes a huge difference.  I would be willing to sacrifice one if I thought it could fix it.

You know I am not sure I am really qualified to help you with that nock problem cuzz I have never seen that but I am sort of new to this.  I consider O.L. to be the man on tuning and am happy with my results using his info.

Start with your nock pt. 3/4" hi and work your way down, this will eliminate a false nock hi condition.

Unless you severly cant the bow, tail high/low has little to nothing to do with nock hgt/point wght. How do the bare group with fletched? Quite possibly a false low ast 1/8 high.

Thanks to everyone for your help this best site with the best people just AWESOM!!,I called Bob Lee today and talked to Rob he said that my nocking point should be anywhere from 3/8 to 1/2 for 3 under,I stared at 1/2 and i did not need anymore adjustment BAM bare shaft group with the field point and broadhead.Blake
