I have a little different take on this but this is what i did, Called JD Lund from Whisperstick Bows and I now have 2 of his bows and am ordering a third .Same bow Voodoo stick 48@28 draw but all are very different woods. This makes it that i am shooting different bows in wood but same design so i don't have to change my shooting style or form.I shot this bow very good thats why i did this.

I have sold everything and have one bow currently and will be hunting with it this fall. 1960's Damon Howatt Monterey, 62", 39# at my 31" draw. I'll be shooting Easton 1916's and 125 gr. four blade Magnus Stingers. Should be plenty for whitetails and save me from long term shoulder problems.

I found i had the same problem, especially switching between a recurve and a longbow. right now I'm shooting my Predator recurve and have been for the past year. I'll be using it for muzzy and hog hunting at Ray's place in September but then i think i'm going to pick up my Matlock Predator X3 to hunt deer locally.

Last year all I had was a 62" BW that was hard for this short guy to manuever. I bought a 58" Tim Miegs off this site and we seem to get along really well. 2018's and 125 Razorcaps are all I'll carry from now till spring turkey.
