What's the best for gluing broadheads onto adapters?

I have tried some "no-name" sticks and keep going back to Ferr-L-Tite.  It seems to be the best quality time after time.

There was just a post about this I think....some mention of a green hot melt stick thats strong. More important I think is getting the shaft and point ready for glue...grease fee and true and what not.

KK has a  Quick Stick and it is the best I've used and Three Rivers has the same thing.

I like the Kimsha hot melt, the round block you get from 3R or KK.

I used to work in a "pro shop" (20 years or so ago) and all we used was the glue sticks from Martin archery and they were great (so was the fletch lac and the glue ).We used to tell customers if it failed we we fix it for free and we had very few people come back.
Wish I could get a supply of that stuff again.

Northern Fisher, that was probably Stick-Tite.  That stuff was awsome but was discontinued being made back of its toxicity to the employees who made it.  Got figure.

I use the Kimsha hot melt glue.  For myself and our climate here it holds far better than Ferr-l-tite and the clear/white glue sticks. dino

I use some that a fellow bowhunter mixes up for me, and it is as good as any I've used.  Make sure whatever kind you use, you use it sparingly.
Most guys use way too much hot melt to apply a head or adaptor.  You only need a thin coating along the adaptor before seating.

Yes---the quik-stik is good.  It has some resiliency , so it doesn't break free from the shaft on a hard impact ("oh man, I thought it was a pine stump") like the Ferrule-Tite is wont to do.

Heat the sharp end of a long lag-bolt and stick it into that big fat cylinder so you have something on which to hold.
