I read a post a while back about someone not being happy about the speed of an order from the fine young ladies of Bow Hush. All I can say is thats hogwash! I ordered about 5 days ago and they were on my counter yesterday. Pretty fast too me. Thanks ladies, very nice product indeed.

I've ordered Bow Hush a couple different times.  Came pretty quick once, took a little longer the other time.  Turns out Terry was away for a few days, and my order got shipped as soon as everyone was back home.

What some folks need to understand, is that Bow Hush doesn't come from a store that's open 24/7.  Like many of the little custom odds and ends we buy from time to time, it's put together by people who have lives of their own, beyond a cottage industry that makes little profit.

I've never ordered anything from a Trad Gang member that didn't show up, or was even late enough to cause concern.

Timing is everything...

Terry posted a while back there might be a delay in orders due to them having some fun (go girls!).  I recently got in an order that was a little messed up; I let Terry know what happened and if I could do an exchange.  He said he'd take care of it...today I received another complete order-on color and no charge.

GREAT customer service!

I ordered my second set, today.  If it's not here, tomorrow, I'm suing.

(My first order was shipped in a timely fashion)

Questions to those of you who use the Hush Puppies. Do you have to tie them in or can you just put them in and let the twist hold them in? Reason I ask is on the directions, one side says to tie them in and the other does not. Just curious.

I just let the twist/string wax hold them in. I only use half a hush-puppy on each end of the string.

Thanks Curtis. I tied the first set in, but I'll try your way on the next one.

Mike,
I let the twist hold them, but I do put a small drop of super glue on the protruding ends after cutting them off........I have my 3rd. set on and never had a problem this way......
