Elkninja...look what you started!
« on: March 30, 2007, 03:40:00 PM »
Just wanted to show you a few of the Texas smiles you've help create since posting the youth bow build-along last August...

My nephew, Liam(5)...no, he didn't kill the rabbit but it wasn't for lack of effort.    ;)

The Goatslayer...

First 3D shoot and he takes 1st place...

My daughter Jadyn(3)...

Here's one just to prove that she did make the shoot...

Had to take her "trophy" pic after we got her home...she was still tired and fussy.

In addition to building bows for our two little ones, I gave away a couple of dozen others to young Texans who wanted to play too. It's been alot of fun seeing their pics and hearing stories of the early adventures.

There are also a few other guys building the little bows now and passing it on!

Just wanted to share some of the smiles (and one fussy-face) and say thanks again for posting the build-along thread and for allowing me to share the plans with others.

It's a BLAST shooting with the kiddos!

Did you cut the bow down more for the 3 year old or did Ninja's plan just fall in place for the shorter draw?

I just love seeing kids with bows.
