CX 90's out of 47-50# bows ??

I would like to hear from those that shoot CX 90's out of your 47-50# bows.
What is your arrow set up? Length? Weight up front? Total weight?
Lastly, have you found them durable as other carbon shafts?
thanks, ~ joe

It's an awesome shaft. I shoot them full length (29" for the early ones) with an 85 grain brass insert and 250 grain point from a 48@27 straight profile longbow that is not cut to center. They will also shoot well from a 53@28 Bear Grizzly with the same insert and 150 grain point. They weigh around 540 grains with 150 grain point. I do require a little lighter spines than most.

My 13 yr old shoots them out of his Dwyer Defiant non center shot longbow. He draws it to about 46lbs and shoots a 28" arrow with a 125 tip. Very tough, his arrow weighs around 410-440 grs if I remember correctly. If you want a heavier arrow or have a longer draw length, center shot bow, and heavy tip then I think you should look at the CE 150's. JMHO

They are about as tough an arrow as you can get.
A 28 inch fletched arrow with 125 grain point weight 420 grain. I shoot them out of 43-45lb widows and 43-47lb GW flannagan longbows. No need to add more weight. A friend of mine used them with his 49lb longbow and blew through 2 200lb hogs, and 4 deer last year set up just as stated before
